The Bottom
Line
In my personal tests conducted by signing up
at PerfectMatch.com I found that, on
average, I received about one highly matched candidate’s
profile by email about every day or two. These profiles
were all appropriate matches to both my preferences and
Duet Compatibility Test Results.
In comparison, Match.com sent about 9 to 12 matches
every few days that lined up with my preferences about 84%
to 90%. Some were not good matches and prompted me to
adjust my preferences but I was pleased with most.
Since I ended my experiments before actually contacting
anyone I do not know which method, (quality vs. quantity)
would have ultimately ended in a more satisfying
companion.
All in all, I slightly favored the quantity approach of
Match.com because I fully expect that many candidates that
appear ideal on paper may not work out for many
unanticipated reasons. Likewise, some candidates that are
